I found this face on the side of a soup kitchen truck in Chelsea. I thought is sort of creepy and Tim Burtonesqe.Update- This was the first picture I took on this trip and I have found out why. The more we walked around the city the more I saw him. The artist is very prolific. I lost count but estimate about 20 sightings.
